@softech No , no incognito just signed right in when I saw this thread to check for myself and it signed right it no issues

edit LOL omg I just tried again and now just my account I cannot sign into … rewards still working

Both My Account and My Rewards are working fine for me this morning @CountyDownIeUk .

Still an issue with January Community rewards in my eyes.

How about all you others ? @CountyDownIeUk @dust2dust @softech @LoveNature

I know @Handy1 has posted an issue and a CSA has told them January has not been awarded yet...but in my case, it looks awarded, just the incorrect amount.

Different CSA's are not seeing any issue with it .. yet, as this is still ongoing.

@esjliv Not only that but if it has been awarded wouldn’t there be the monthly unofficial. Announcement. Saying so …. Yet to see that , so seems to be further proof of not yet being awarded

@Handy1 - those announcements are not timed with when the $'s/awards get posted in our accounts. In fact, the announcements have been hit or miss over the past year, some in a reasonable time, some the month or so after, some non-existent. So I would not go by the announcements so much.

Has been through the whole time that other folks have been experiencing difficulties.

Are you logging in using desktop or mobile? I've been using mobile and it's bang on (...surprisingly)

Thanks everyone!!! Is up now!!

I had a friend use my referral code yesterday and his number did not show on my Rewards Account. He was positively sure that he used the correct code and he copy and pasted it. And I am sure he did. So my assumption is that the system was broke a bit yesterday afternoon/evening for the referral process during activation.
