I haven't seen that mentioned anywhere and only know about getting points back when paying my bill and if buying the add-ons.

I guess that leaves your credit card directly or via Paypal.

I have surplus money in my account. I have enough available dollars to pay for a phone. Can I buy a refurbished phone and pay for it with these funds that just sit in my account?

@FrankyJr1- 1. No. 2. Public stopped selling phones. Go spend some time in the US and buy lots of add-ons. Or increase your plan. Or just enjoy the fact that you have free or inexpensive service for some time.
