      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/276322"&gt;@billnelson&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; There is no alternative account for making payments, however, just for reference for the future, if unable to login to My Account (can happen due to website glitch/maintenance), then you can always dial 611 on your phone and either use your registered CC to make a payment as long as you know your PIN (as mentioned earlier) or purchase a voucher from places like SDM, London Drugs, 7/11 or Shell and load via 611 without the need for a PIN.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The big problem with PM's website is terrible caching and yep (as mentioned) clear cookies/use private/incognito mode or just another browser altogether, or just waiting an hour or so and try again.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
