1. Could still be a pending charge and could drop off in a few days

2. Do you see the extra amount in your balance here

3. If you signed up recently, did you have some trouble activating?

@tjmonet74 could one of them just a pending charge?.

it is not uncommon the pending charge not drop after 1 or 2 days later after the real charge posted. Please wait another 2 days or call CC to confirm first

Please check your credit card statement/bank account for pending charges. There are times when a charge will show as both posted and pending for the same charge.in this case the pending charge will disappear

Are you sure one of charges is not 'pending'? I would wait a day or two for bank to process and settle charges and then ask for assistance.

check with your credit card first. if the pending charges.

or when Login to your account, do you see this amount on Funds available, if yes then ok keep it there for next cycle will be taken automatically from there.

Same thing happened to me. It was on January's bill. The money isn't here on funds available.
