get you a PM sim, a unique email address and method of payment. Then start the process of creating your new PM account.

or yiu have PM service all along but just a logon to Self-serve My Account??

I’ve had pm for about 3yrs now and can’t login to my account. I never set it up myself I went to sales agent and they helped me. I don’t have an account number I only have my phone and I use the same email I’ve had for years

Yes before last July we were able to create the account after activating in a store. Now we can't do either. So you have to go through the link on the login page.

You'll need to choose the can't verify option (unless you know your 4 digit pin) and then your number, last payment amount and date and two other things. If autopay has been working for you then you can use the last 4 digits of the card that is used for autopay. If you've been receiving marketing and promotion emails from here then that's the email.
