Or, open a tab in incognito mode and access My Account that way.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;EM&gt;You can also use a keyboard shortcut to open an Incognito window:&amp;nbsp;&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;EM&gt;Windows, Linux, or Chrome OS: Press Ctrl + Shift + n&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;EM&gt;.&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;EM&gt;Mac: Press &lt;/EM&gt;&lt;EM&gt;⌘&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;EM&gt; + Shift + n.&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is this your first Roaming Addon you are adding to your account?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If this is the 2nd (same) Roaming addon you are adding to your account after finishing the first one, then you need to wait 12-24 hours after the first one was purchased (stupid, I know, but it is a thing here).       <description>&lt;P&gt;I am presently in the United States and I need my phone active but I am unable to add the required add on. So far $30.00 has been withdrawn from my available funds but no changes have occurred&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;message says Oops try again later.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please assist with what to do&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/276536"&gt;@Tanman&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;if you buy it the first add-ons US, and you need other one to buy it you need to wait for the first one is end and after 24hr to buying other one, or contact to CSA, they can added right away if needed ASAP.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Edit: try&amp;nbsp;close all browser and clear cache/ cookies/ open inPrivate mode,from computer. Login again&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
