    <description>&lt;P&gt;When was your renewal?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If it is today, then you are too late with payment as processing occurs in wee hours on renewal day.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you have service then everything is paid correctly. If not you will have to manually pay and restart service.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If so, ignore the suspended message on your My Account.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If they are not working, then what does it show you owe? You will need to make a manual payment and hit the reactivate button to get active again.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
