      <description>&lt;P&gt;There are 2 places where e-mail address are kept,&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/276321"&gt;@Cmfrank&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In your self-serve, it's your USERNAME.&amp;nbsp; It can only be changed by contacting Customer Support Agents.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;It's important to know that users can still log in even when their e-mail account is not accessible as it's just a username - doesn't need to be associated with an active/working e-mail account.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The other place is your Community e-mail.&amp;nbsp; It can be found under your Avatar to the right of the envelope icon upper right, then down to My Settings.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Users can change it there themselves.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It's good to have the associated Community account e-mail match the self-serve account e-mail for customer support purposes.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
