      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/59838"&gt;@sulaiman&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Please ask your daughter to check the text on the phone,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;PM has sent out promotion text about it's $40 plan.&amp;nbsp; All people have to do is to reply YES to schedule a plan change.&amp;nbsp; Your daughter could have replied YES.&amp;nbsp; Check the text history to confirm&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;[Add]: It could be no fault of anyone. Phones these days are smart enough to pre-populate replies.&amp;nbsp; Sometimes, the fat fingers touched it by accident and a YES was sent out.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
