There's no app. You can turn off the 2FA option in the profile tab in your account.

Telus does not trust app a lot. Koodo used to have it, but they kill it couple years ago. I don't see PM will invest in that.

HOWEVER, with My Account now a mobile friendly site, it is almost like an app

Go to your browser, go to My Account site, then bookmark and save shortcut to Home screen. It will create a shortcut to homescreen and it will be like an app. Click on it and you are there.

PM is a budget service so no PM app which request cost to maintain the app.

This was the same question I asked 2 years ago.

@Yahyamehrabi There is no app for public mobile and probably won’t ever be as Koodo once had one and got rid of it .

I'm with @dust2dust on this one....I keep the 2FA disabled as it's a major pain in the assets if you are suspended and you don't have access to your email or the phone for that matter. As long as you use an account specific strong password and preferably not the same email for all of your accounts then your account security is not at risk with 2FA disabled. As mentioned you can disable it on your profile page in your self serve account.

@Yahyamehrabi - Disable the setting here in your My Account:

To add a shortcut on your smartphone for your My Account (or any website you'd like) :

Open Chrome.
Navigate to the website or web page you want to pin to your home screen.
Tap the menu icon (3 dots in upper right-hand corner) and tap Add to homescreen.
Choose a name for the website shortcut, then Chrome will add it to your home screen.
