Can i get a phone call log on a particular date? For example on May 1, 2022? I want to see the incoming calls and out going

@nice1234guy Sign into self serve and check usage history you have option for last day to 90 days and custom and cycle thru the calendar will not go back a year as far as I’m aware

You can go back 90 days in self serve. Any farther back you would need to request if customer support can access those records but generally only a court order will get you certain records going beyond a certain window of time.

@nice1234guy I doubt PM support can help. There is transaction in My Account that only goes back couple months and that is all you get

Unless you can provide them a very strong reason, legal or request from police, I doubt PM support will open the vault to help to retrieve them record.
