      <description>I just got my simcard and im trying to activate it, on the payment screen i filled in my credit card info. But it doesn't work. The credit card is from europe but it's a visa so it should work right?</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/276326"&gt;@MinkVeld&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Your other option is to get a prepaid visa from a gas station or drugstore to use for the activation.&amp;nbsp; Unfortunately, prepaid cards charge a fee of about $5 on top of the purchase price, but after that you can purchase vouchers to fund future renewals once the activation is done.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Vouchers can also be used to activate the account but requires customer support to help with the initial activation via chatbot here:&amp;nbsp; &lt;A href="https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/on/get-help" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/on/get-help&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
