      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've been set up for automatic payments there has been no issue for the year+ I have lived here until now. My payment didn't get processed, my phone got suspended, there are no places to go to physically pay the bill, all store listed phone numbers either do not work or only sell Sim cards. This is completely unprofessional and I desperately need to get ahold of anyone to talk to.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
