      <description>&lt;P&gt;Same here. Ordered on Jan 22nd and haven't received it. Called Tellus, and wanted to pick up the order in the store instead, but was told we need to pay another $10 to get one. It's annoying because my son needs a phone ASAP.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Delivery time is 5-10 business days. Sometimes even (way) longer. I would suggest to wait a week or two and then contact agent for resolution (new SIM or refund).&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/111075"&gt;@fish2019&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Get it in-store, keep the ordered one as a spare.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You'd be surprised at how handy it can be to have a spare if the original one becomes lost/stolen/damaged.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;PLUS - if you have it on hand you can immediately change it and have almost seamless service if that were to occur.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;OR - refer someone here and save both them and you some $$$.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Use the extra SIM you have to sell or give to them (depending on how much you 'like' them....)&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":rolling_on_the_floor_laughing:"&gt;🤣&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks for the reply. Contacted customer service last night and just got the reply. Here are the 2 options:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1. Get a new card from a store and keep the receipt. Take a picture of it and send it to the agent. $10 without the tax can be credited to my account after the SIM card has been activated.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2. Agent can help me re-order a new one (obviously the previous order is not on the way).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Since we've already waited over 2 weeks and my son needs a phone number, I will get a card from the store.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hopefully this post can help others who have similar experience.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
