go to your account in front of the mien page do you see that amount at Available Fund, then ok keep it for next cycle will be taken from there automatically..

@Ada2 Check you credit card does one charge show pending and the other posted ? If so the pending charge should drop off

@Ada2 please confirm with credit card to see if one of the two charges is in fact just a pending charge, it could be

also, login to My Account using Incognito mode and check the Payment page and check if PM shoeless one or two charges they took

Overcharged in February ,posted feb. 6 2023
Amount :12.65 , charged to my MasterCard which is showing that this charge was made from a parking garage in Vancouver , B.C . Robison st. Vancouver,BC
V6B 3K9 , ph # 604 953 3333.
I have never been there .
Regular monthly charge came in on
Feb . 07,2023 which is my regular monthly charge ,

@Ada2 the "parking garage " in fact is Public Mobile For some cards, some how they have the merchant category set wrong for Public Mobile. But it is a problem with the credit card, not PM

Are the 2 charges same amount? if so, it should be fine since the 2 charges are just 1 day apart, one of them should ne a pending charge and will be dropped of in one or two more days

@Ada2 - that 'parking garage' one is still showing up ? Gesh. Anyhow, it is just the way it appears on credit card transactions sometimes.

But again, are these AUTHORIZED or PENDING charges you see?

If that 'parking garage' one is PENDING please give it another few days to clear up in the system to see if it goes away.
