Don't tell us a 10 digit number. It's likely a shortcode number.

@Bigfishfinder you have an Android.

7723 is used by Google when Visual Voice Mail is enabled on dialer settings. You can disable Visual Voice Mail from the dialer setting and the sms to 7723 will stop

Were you on the old/new $13 plan that you wondered about this? Or you just happened to look at your detailed usage and stumbled across those items and wondered?
