typ: forgetting information
and Click, Forgot My account Email
then Click, Contact Us
and, Click here to submit a ticket.

Create a ticket on SIMon Chatbot on the bottom of the page or private message on the envelope icon above.

That's for the community e-mail address. I think that the self serve e-mail address change is being asked for.
