      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/71281"&gt;@uni4ms&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;first, which city and state you are at?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Getting data and text to work is not too hard, getting voice could be slightly harder&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You might want to login to My Account &lt;STRONG&gt;using Incognito mode&lt;/STRONG&gt; to confirm if the add-on was successfully purchased.&amp;nbsp; Check payment history, you should see PM too the money, make sure the money not staying in Available Fund but was actually used towards the roaming add-on&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;And do you see your phone connected to T-Mobile?&amp;nbsp; if not, on the Mobile selection page, manually connect to T-Mobile&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;And, make sure your Roaming Mobile Network is enabled on your phone&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

It starts working once the add-on is successfully purchased.&amp;nbsp; Please confirm this using incognito mode when accessing your account.&amp;nbsp; Try manual connection to T-Mobile or AT&amp;amp;T if auto connection is not working.&amp;nbsp; Make sure that roaming data is turned on.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Seems that the talk portion doesn't work in Alaska at all...not certain if others. I used it for trips to eastern Wa state and found talk works in larger cities but will diminish rapidly as you get away from towns. Make certain to manually select only &lt;STRONG&gt;T-Mobile&lt;/STRONG&gt;...no others will work. You shouldn't have any negative issue using text or data.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you plan on staying longer than 360 hours....&lt;STRONG&gt;don't rebuy the same add-on&lt;/STRONG&gt; until 360 hours + 24hours has elapsed.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;For me, the crux of the likelihood is, is this a re-buy of the same add-on?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If not then yes connect to T-Mobile only. Several of us have tried AT&amp;amp;T and it simply will not connect. No regulars here should be mentioning it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;And yes data and text should work fine as along as you're in a T-Mobile coverage area. Talk is the dodgy part. What make and model phone do you have? Some have removed the ability to drop down or even select 2G/GSM in the connection settings that is required for talk.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
