      <description>&lt;P&gt;Here's what I would do,&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/271863"&gt;@marychrischavez&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I offer this as many customers seem to be waiting a long time for their SIM cards these days.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Go to a corporate TELUS or Koodo location, or a Mobile Klinik, and get a Public Mobile SIM card.&amp;nbsp; Here's the store locator:&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://publicmobile.ca/en/ns/store-locator" target="_self"&gt;Public Mobile | Find a Store &lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Then, advise Public Mobile CSA staff that since they didn't fulfil their order after 2 months, you'd like them to cover the refund of the original order PLUS a credit toward the purchase price of what you had to pay for the SIM card.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;If you have to, screenshot them a copy of the purchase receipt.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It's the least they can do for such a long wait when you should have been activated by now.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
