She can remember her email and password as is was set up autopay so she would not have to remember. Her payment is due, but can’t pay because the payment is not paid because she can’t update her card cause she can’t get into her account&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If not has it gone past the renewal date?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You have a couple options to pay in your situation since you can't get in to the account.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1. buy vouchers online or in lots of stores and dial 611 on the phone to enter them&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2. Buy them and dial 1-855-4-pu-blic from any phone and enter them&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3. use real time payments in some stores.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Then you can be sure the account will renew and then you can take your time figuring out to access the account and change the credit card.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
