@Wilmastone2000 Can take 3 days to 3 weeks to arrive. If you need one sooner check Telus Koodo stores near you for in person pick up or ask support for status up date

@Wilmastone2000 - it can take 10 working days. If over this time limit check in with CSA to let them know.

@Wilmastone2000 If you do have an official Koodo/Telus store nearby and want to pick up a PM SIM there, I'd suggest you first call ahead as not all stock PM SIMs. You maybe able to receive one quicker from Amazon with Prime membership too or Canadian Cell Supplies.
