      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/275909"&gt;@Surewhynot1&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;did you just join PM and just transfer a number into PM?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;A critical part to porting is to receive a text from your old provider and you have to reply YES within 90 mins.&amp;nbsp; If you are not receiving calls and text on your PM sim card and can only make outgoing calls,&amp;nbsp; then you might have missed the step and hence porting was not completed&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;There is a number to call to talk to live support,&amp;nbsp; they can re-trigger the process for you.&amp;nbsp; I will message the number to you via the Community inbox.&amp;nbsp; Check the envelope icon on top right.&amp;nbsp; Call them and get it fixed&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/275909"&gt;@Surewhynot1&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;are you in AB or SK?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;there was an outage earlier today&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Anyway, try to&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1. reboot your phone first&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2. reseat your sim card .&amp;nbsp; Power off, take sim card out for minute, then put it back and power on&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3. Change Preferred network to 3G Only and test again&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;4. If none of the above works, and you have another phone, try your PM sim in the second phone&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;5. Try to use the phone in another area, could be just a local network issue&lt;/P&gt;</description>
