      <title>Need to change password</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My credit card, which I used to pay my son’s monthly plan, was hacked and I had to cancel it. I want to add my new credit card number to my account, but I forgot my password. I tried to get a new one, but the email to reset my password never arrived after several attempts.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I opened a ticket, but was asked for my PIN, which, as it turns out, I have also forgotten.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is there any way to do a reset from your end to let me enter my new credit card number? Or do I need to set up a new account?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Many thanks,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Geoff Gander&lt;/P&gt;</description>
