There was an outage today with calling in at least AB and SK, that was resolved about 20 minutes ago according to my testing here in SK. Give it another try now?

@kulbirsingh - there is widespread outage in Alberta and Sask. Are you in this area?

If you are not affected by the outages, can you try your SIM card into another phone to test for services?

@kulbirsingh Yes, there's outages in Alberta currently but one customer has reported service is back, so you should get service soon as the technicians are in the process of fixing it.

You'll need to remove your tel. number by clicking the down arrow top right of your post and then edit/delete as you're posting on an open public forum.
