    <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks for the info.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This is super annoying. It's seems to be happening to me more than twice a month for me. I need to make an important phone call and only have this one phone available.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;To Public Mobile: If these issues continue to happen, I'll be looking elsewhere for a phone plan. Not impressed.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Service not working</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;When making a phone call it goes from:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Calling....&lt;SPAN&gt;To call ended by itself&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;SIM has been removed&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Phone has been reset and shutdown multiple times&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'd rather not do a factory reset as I don't have the time to back up my stuff.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Suggestions would be great&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It seems like there is a network problem at the moment. I am experiencing the same things when I try toake phone calls or when I receive phone calls. I likewise restarted my phone several times and turned on and off airplane mode. Don't reset your phone, it seems like a network issue.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
