Hello my phone was working this morning. All of sudden I can't make or receive calls. But I can text. Please help

@thechunkyknot are you in Alberta seems to b a lot of reports of outages all of a a sudden

I am located just out of Saskatoon, Sk. I can't make phone call but can receive them. Any idea behind the cause? I have restarted my phone, turned the airplane mode on/off and same with the cellular network.

Edmonton, AB. Samsung Galaxy S8. Same issue. Phone works - internet...e. text is good. but calls hang up automatically.
