Cannot make or receive calls. (Calgary)

Sim card has same issues in various phones.

My partners Public mobile phone has same issue. Phone will start call then immediately hang up.

Or receive call. Show caller ID. Then hang up in 2 seconds.

Sms works.

Seems like other people reporting same issue so I'm also adding my issue.

Please fix asap. This seems like a major issue
