Why are my calls dropping? Won't even go through, why is it not clear connecting?

I'm having the same issues at the moment. When I make a phone call it immediately hangs up, when someone calls me it immediately hangs up when I answer it. Texting seems to be working okay, maybe a bit slower. I hope they say something about this network issue soon.
