    <description>&lt;P&gt;HI&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/37617"&gt;@cowboydave&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;When you answer and it hangs up, does it go to voicemail?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Or you try to call yourself from another phone and check if it gone to vm&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;try reboot your phone and change the network to 3G Only (or WCDMA)&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Can't receive or make calls.</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I could use my phone this morning,&amp;nbsp; but this afternoon my phone rings, bit as soon as I answer it hangs up. Same when I dial a number it seems to go through then cuts off. Anyone have any suggestions as to what I can do?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/37617"&gt;@cowboydave&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;could be a local network issue&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But first, restart your phone once&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if still does not work, change your Preferred network to 3G Only.&amp;nbsp; Check to see if the phone connects to PM network at all after the change.&amp;nbsp; If not, then there is a problem with the 3G network, which PM voice calls rely on&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you have another phone around, put your PM sim card there and test it&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If that still does not work, try your phone in another location.&amp;nbsp; Again, that could be a local network issue&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Add: which city or province you are at?&amp;nbsp; I just see another post have similar problem as yours&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Done all that already.&amp;nbsp; It appears to be a problem with the network.&amp;nbsp; At least in BC and Alberta.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
