      <title>Phone Calls Not Working</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Every time I try to make a call or access my voicemail it says call failed.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have tried multiple troubleshooting steps and it still isn't working.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/266368"&gt;@FamilyLifePsyc1&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;can you receive incoming calls?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Does data work&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;F&lt;/SPAN&gt;irst, restart your phone once&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if still does not work, change your Preferred network to 3G Only.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Then check if the phone connects to PM network at all after the change.&amp;nbsp; If not, then there is a problem with the 3G network, which PM voice calls rely on&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you have another phone around, put your PM sim card there and test it&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If that still does not work, try your phone in another location.&amp;nbsp; Again, that could be a local network issue&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;And which city and province you are at?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;We have three seprate phones with Public Mobile - 1 business and two personal phones. All three phones are not able to make calls our or take calls coming in. We see the call come through then it just hangs up. All of our bills are paid and up to date. Could this be an outage issue? We can still text and connect to the internet just no phone calls....&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
