If I knew there is no loyalty rewards in the new system. I wouldn't have changed it. I will very likely to drop PM in future if I got some good deal from other provider. That reward is the only reason I don't bother to change.

@jbtzhm You still get perks with new system and one of those perks that old rewards didn’t offer is you can use a point for a phone draw in your rewards portal . Or if you need a add on it’s cheaper to purchase with points then just paying for them with cash like 30% cheaper so not all is lost on new rewards system

@jbtzhm - yeah, it kinda sucks if you changed and regret it now. But, some rewards are better than no rewards.

But I didn't get any Loyalty Perks since I switched to the new rewards system. Could it be anything wrong?

@jbtzhm - It says there is a ONE TIME reward for loyalty once you switch over to Public Points.

Did you receive this ONE TIME reward? If not, ask a CSA to look into it.

@jbtzhm the loyalty rewards is gone on the new rewards. You are now getting 10 points for Anniversary bonus. But 10 points every year regardless of the number of year you are with PM. Yes, not as good 😞

@jbtzhm Once you have $15 points available you can redeem $15 off your phone bill

edit you view and redeem these by going to your rewards portal and sign in

I believe the details are laid out for you before you decide to switch. Most people read them before switching over.
