I am showing data usage for periods where phone is powered down and in a wifi zone. Why?

@Wilrodger - if you are looking at your data usage from our My Account, this is because the data usage is not added when it is used (live). The Data usage is added within 12 hour 'buckets' to your details section; so you will see a delay in the details like this.

Try again incognito mode/private mode or a different device or lap top or simply try refreshing the page when logged in

@Wilrodger Are apps set to update on wifi only? Also is background data restricted for apps?

edit: although there should be no data usage when phone is off..

@Wilrodger the data usage only posted twice a day

The time showing on an entry is NOT the time your data was used, but a total usage between the timestamp of the last entry and the time of that entry
