      <description>&lt;P&gt;If you do plan change NOW, change is immediate and you will be charged at the same time.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you do schedule plan change on next renewal then it will change on next renewal. If you do this if I were you, I would schedule at least a week in advance to be on the safe side it will be picked up on time.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
