      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/58691"&gt;@wendyle181&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This is usually the result of one of two things:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;OL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;one, or both, of your friends accounts are no longer active/with Public Mobile&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;you placed your account in lost/stolen mode within the last cycle and upon resumption of service, your rewards were affected on the next renewal&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/OL&gt;&lt;P&gt;A CSA can confirm which of the above was your case.&amp;nbsp; Depending on the situation, they may be able to retroactively credit the reward value.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
