@lhata Can take 3 days to 3weeks to arrive if you need one sooner try a Telus Koodo store near you for in person pick up

@lhata - normally Public Mobile ships these regular Canada post mail, so if it goes beyond 10 working/business days since you ordered the SIM card, then I would suggest to reach out to Public Mobile Support to let them know.

We are customers like you here, if you need Support you can submit a ticket through SIMon Chatbot found at the bottom of this page.

Public Mobile claims it takes up to 2 days to process the order to Canada Post.

From there, you'd have to ask Canada Post. None of us would have any details on their delivery standards in real time, however there's some light reading here:
