    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/275372"&gt;@Johntitan69&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;did you try your PM sim card in another phone to confirm?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;is that a new activation? you see the sim card worked in another other phone earlier?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;or is the Samsung phone new?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Provide us more information, like what have you tried, how long you have been with PM. etc&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Then put it back and&amp;nbsp; power it back out&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Better to test the PM sim card on another phone as well&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;And if you have another active sim card, please put it into your Samsung phone and see if it works. That confirms if it is a device problem or not&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Your phone may not be unlocked depending on what year your phone came out after 2017 they all come unlocked or you have to put a new portal number&lt;/P&gt;</description>
