      <description>&lt;P&gt;I can't update my cc info. I keep getting the same "oops something went wrong. Try again later" message.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've tried the incognito approach and still no luck. I need help from actual people to fix this issue.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Never had any complaints about the service til NOW.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

The message says 'try again later', maybe in 15+ minutes or so, see how that goes.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If still issues, contact ­­­Public Mobile Representatives customer support­­­ agents (CSA) can be contacted by either two methods, found here:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/on/get-help/articles/contact-an-agent" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/on/get-help/articles/contact-an-agent&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
