      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/231081"&gt;@kevineelillian&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; So you purchased a data add-on and it doesn't work?&amp;nbsp; Try rebooting the phone first and make sure data is enabled on your phone and you have the correct APN settings.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You might also want to check that you didn't purchase roaming data package(only good for travel in the US) instead of the domestic data add-on.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Because addons only work on Active public mobile accounts.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If Active and correct addons is showing in your account, try toggling into and out of airplane mode.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also, perhaps a reset of the device's network settings may help if still issues.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
