How is the voice quality compared to Fido?

I just switched from Fido and am wondering if there's a difference in the audio and mic quality, particularly VoLTE?

@nethan - I can't see any difference between the two of these. It can also depend on the device that is being used, keep in mind.

Public mobile does not utilize VoLTE as of yet.

However, with the eventual roll down of the 3G networks, it may only be a matter of time.

I can say that having been with Bell mobile and Koodo, I see virtually no difference here.

@nethan voice works great for me no issues at all , I think you made a wise choice by switching to public mobile !

@nethan there is no VoLTE here 😞 not yet

But maybe it will come soon

I have used Rogers and PM , can't tell the difference from the ear, but since PM only using 3G for voice, I would expect there is indeed technical differences, but maybe so minor and ignorable?

There isn't a huge difference I find. The audio is difference is negligible in my honest opinion. You won't hear any differences.
