      <description>&lt;P&gt;If you ported out your number or it has been 90+ days since last expired/suspended,&amp;nbsp;the account is deactivated and you can no longer access it. However, you can always get a new sim and activate&amp;nbsp;it on a&amp;nbsp;new account.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
