@TaraVeda22 Can take 3 days to 3 weeks to arrive if you need one sooner try Telus Koodo store around you . You can contact support for a status update

Officially, delivery time is 5-10 business days.

Some customers experienced way longer delivery time than that 😞

Wait a little bit longer and then contact agent for replacement, refund or look at amazon/ebay.

Hi @TaraVeda22 PM sim delivery usually between 5 days to 3 weeks. so you should get it this week.

if you really need one quick and don't want to wait further, buy one from Telus or Koodo stores
