      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am in USA and have roaming for 15 days. I can send texts and make calls but the inbound calls are going straight to VM. Origination of the call does not make a difference. They all go to VM.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/241186"&gt;@gbranscombe23&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;oh, you can make calls at least.&amp;nbsp; Some can't even do that in some part of Florida&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;you can try to open the ticket with PM agent and ask for partial refund as only part of the roaming works&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;you have data? you can get TextNow, VoIP app, and give the number for ppl to call you with that TextNow number.&amp;nbsp; It will work with Mobile data or Wifi&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
