      <description>&lt;P&gt;My incoming calls are not working , they just go to answering service therefor the texts do not work either!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please fix/reset!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The phone is working well other wise&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am told that you have to reset/re boot ect&lt;/P&gt;</description>
