      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/99272"&gt;@Gillingsca&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;- if you already had purchased the $15 bundle and you are not quite finished of the full 15 days to the hour of when it was purchased, there will be a conflict on your account.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Either purchase another different Roaming bundle/addon or contact CSA to helpy you get this one going so you can use it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;­­­Public Mobile Representatives customer support­­­ agents (CSA) can be contacted by either two methods, found here:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/on/get-help/articles/contact-an-agent" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/on/get-help/articles/contact-an-agent&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
