    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/210102"&gt;@Mircia0611&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Go to Settings&amp;gt;General&amp;gt;About then scroll down to Carrier Lock and it will show the carrier that locked the phone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If it is unlocked, it will show No SIM Restrictions.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is it an American phone because carrier in Canada are not allowed to lock phones after December 1, 2017.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The iPhone 11 was released on 2019.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
