      <description>&lt;P&gt;Try using different browser. Try Incognito/private mode. Clear browser’s cache. Try forced refresh. Use &lt;STRONG&gt;computer&lt;/STRONG&gt; and not phone to log in.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Further to your other thread earlier that people aren't following along with:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/Get-Support/My-add-ons/m-p/940934#M648553" target="_blank"&gt;https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/Get-Support/My-add-ons/m-p/940934#M648553&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;follow the above methods. When you get through to the ticketing forms, you'll log in with your community login and then it gives you the option of your account login or your pin. I've had better luck with the pin option. If you don't remember it then if you can log in to your account then you can change it there.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
