I ordered a sim card 14 days ago, and it is not delivered yet. Any idea or solution to track my order?

@ansmo sim order with PM could take as many as 3 weeks

since it has been 14 days, it should come soon, next week hopefully

@ansmo Can take up to 3 weeks like other members have already mentioned . If you need one sooner try calling local Koodo kiosk around you for in person pick up. But you can always reach out to support for a status update on your SIM

I got mine from Amazon on Jan 26, 2023..it was $7.25 (same price today) and delivered to my doorstep within 2 days (free delivery if you have membership).
