As a family we have 4 lines with Public, when I signed up, I knew there were no, live cs agents, We have had no problems at all, in 3 years, I believe they offer a great service, on the Telus network, for awesome prices.

@fdrcamb519 - Works for many of us here, and many that do not even visit the Community whatsoever. 🙂

I agree 100%
