    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/274614"&gt;@Bev4&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;To complete the porting your old number to PM.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The most important step to complete the porting process is that you leave your old SIM in your phone and wait for a text confirming you are porting over to PM with YES.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;There is a 90 minute window for you to reply to the text or the porting process will be cancelled.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It sound like you missed replying to the text, you will need to contact a CS_Agent by creating a ticket on SIMon Chatbot bottom of the page or private message on the envelope icon above.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

The community can help you along the way but public mobile won't just respond to a post by you. You would have to contact customer support and ask for their help. But this is not necessary as this is something you can do yourself by phoning the telus porting department phone number that's in your private message box the envelope icon at the top right corner of your screen and give them your account # from your old account. If you ported a landline most landline ports complete within 2 business days. If you are porting a voip phone number or a landline from a smaller carrier these ports can take up to 7+ business days to complete.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
