      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/43924"&gt;@Steffimic16&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;did you login to My Account and confirm if the account status is Active?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;is it just incoming calls with issue ? or outgoing as well?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;is data working? text working?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;First try to reboot the phone&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if that does not work, try to change your Preferred network to 3G only and see if it connects at all in such setting.&amp;nbsp; if so, try to make a call&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also, try your phone in different area and see if it works&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;- Confirm your account is still Active.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- Reboot your phone - turn it off, wait a bit, turn it on.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sometimes adding 1 in front of area code get it through.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I restarted the phone and also reset the network settings. When I try to make a call, i get the message " sorry your call cannot be completed since you have used all available minutes". I am pretty sure I have unlimited canada wide minutes.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Please check with&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Incognito mode&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if you still see the 500 LD minutes from Christmas, then try to reboot the phone and see if those minutes kick in&lt;/P&gt;</description>
